Guest guest
We just received our OSR prescription yesterday. We saw Boyd Haley at the NAtional Autism Conference last month. What a great guy!! Anyway, I know some of you have been using it. Any advice? I know I have to start with half a dose and increase eventually right? How has it been working for you? Should I add another supp. with it? My pediatrician actually ordered it for my son! He's 5. Thanks, Janie
Guest guest
Hello! We've been using OSR in our son since end of September. It took a few months for us to notice anything. As always, it's hard to tell if it's the OSR helping or not, since we're doing other treatments as well. However, I can tell you that we stopped OSR for two days (around Thanksgiving) and our son had a near complete regression. Then, once he went back on the OSR, he became 30-40% better within 1 week and without any other changes at the time. Since then, we have taken him off all antifungal medications (we're starting something else instead) and he's having lots of yeasty symptoms. However, in my heart, I still think OSR is helping him advance. He just needs to get a hold of his horrible yeast problems. At first, my son had trouble falling asleep, so we started giving it to him earlier in the evening (more like 5:30 p.m. or so), and now he falls asleep the same way as before OSR. Good luck to you! I hope you get more answers and that you see lots of progress. By the way, is your son high in metals? Which ones? You can email me privately, if you'd like.
