Hello all -

My son came home from school with an oozing-eye. It's kind-of yellow-ish & his teacher said it happened several times today. My question is this: can this be something that the anti-viral/anti- fungals caused? Is this common?

I am not sure why but, My Timmy had oozy eyes since birth. Everyday in

the NICU I would ask the nurse what was wrong.. oh honey, that is

normal. whatever. I just figured his body was expelling something and

it was okay bc he never got an ear infection where as his twin got ear

infections and no eye ooze. fast forward 4 years.... Probiotics,

vitamins and/or cod liver oil and no ooze. It stopped even before I put

him on the diet. so not sure but probably probiotics if there isthat

probiotic just mentioned.

just thought i would share that ooze snipit

Dr. Kringston talks about this eye problem with our kids. I heard it in a lecture. It could be pink eye, but; if it is not, it has to do with the autism. I found the lecture on the autism website. He was talking about similar problems that these kids have.

I believe that Dr. Krigsman talks about Uveitis which can happen if the

child has a lot of inflammation in the GI tract. I think it's

inflammation of the Optic nerve. Quoting Amy Angeles
