Guest guest
We've pretty much determined the reaction was not to the probio but to the azithromycin. So, have stopped that and will be switching to amoxicillin. Unfortunately, the strep test results are now up in the air b/c the culture got THROWN OUT before they sent it to the lab. So, we had been treating based on a questionable borderline positive rapid strep test and the doc wants to do blood tests before we continue. My question for everyone is what viral panels can we run at the same time? Certain labs to request? Test names? It is such trauma to draw blood that I want to hit it all at once if possible, and also check the titers for any vaccine boosters to head that off at the pass. Thanks in advance > > > > > > > > Ok, this takes the cake. > > > > > > > > Probiotics contain strep???????????????? > > > > What are the " strep strains " of probiotics? > > > > My son just tested positive for group a strep and started > antibiotics > > > > on Wed.
