Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Ah, the joys of two lists! I'm going to guess that this is an adrenal question and post here. I'm at 1.25 grains of Armour, going up by .25 grains every 5-7 days. Until I started taking Isocort I couldn't get beyond .50 grains. I would get headaches and bad nausea. So, the Isocort is helping. I take 6 pellets per day (15mg) divided into doses of two pellets when I get up, 4 hours later, and 8 hours after I wake up. What I'm noticing, though, is that my body temperature is low and unstable and my hands often feel cold, mostly in the morning and early afternoon. Also, I sometimes feel a very small amount of shaking and I feel anxious some mornings. And, most mornings I feel a very very very mild nausea, not something I feel I need to do something about but something I notice. My hope is that I can keep the Iscort dosing low and live with the pretty minimal symptoms until I get to 3 grains of Armour. Insights, anyone?
