Guest guest
Even tho states might be connected to NCIC and NLETS, they don't always implement all the features. Massachusetts at this time doesn't support the RNQ/DNQ (Name Query via NLETS), only the older RQ/DQ's. In addition, the use of newer fields in NCIC wanted persons such as S/F (Stolen/False ID') were never implemented. sometimes it's getting the right programmer the right cup of coffee, on the right morning.
