plese help! - Bacterial Infection

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone out there is familiar with the bacterial

infection, Klebsiella Oxytoca. My son's recent microbial stool

profile came back a +3 which is is moderate to severe.

For the past month, he has been looking paler than ever and with

very dark circles under his eyes and with 'regression' type

behavior. It's been getting much worse recently and that's why we

are running labs, stool, parasite, Lyme disease...etc. tests to find

out what is going on.

He was doing so great. He's been seeing our DAN for a year now and

he had improved so greatly with gfcf/candida free diets, probiotics,

enzymes, Fluconasole, IV vitamin/minerals/glutathtione...etc. He

just took a nose dive recently and I'm so scared.

Does anyone have experience with Klebsiella Oxytoca? Our DAN says

it's closely related to Klebsiella Pneumonaie which is very serious.

Our DAN wants him to start Bactrim tomorrow and double up his

probiotics while he is on this antibiotic.

Any advice?
