Guest guest
Get an rx and have it filled by Lee Silsby or Hopewell pharmacy – that way you can tell them what you do not want in there. I think I would prefer a cream. Her doctor recommended a brand that you can only get through a doctor, but when I called the company, they don't manufacture it themselves so they couldn't guarantee that it doesn't contain gluten and didn't know the source of the soy. I do not want to try the Lifewave patches at this time. I need a product that is free of gluten, soy, artificial colors and petrochemicals. Any suggestions? Thanks,
Guest guest
this one is safe and you don't need a RX. Our DAN told us to apply to his feet once a day. It is absorbed better through the skin than the gi tract. http://www.nbnus.net/shopexd.asp?id=224 Mely > > Just FYI--I am loving the MAXGXL product which are the precursors to Glutathione. I switched over from the Lipoceutical about 2 months ago. My son is 52lbs, and we do 1 capsule am and 1 cap afternoon. Guest guest
Our son is also taking MaxGXL. We started off with 2 pills /day and he had a die off and acted out (we tied it to the MaxGXL). I then went to their website and they said that a common problem, is that people (not just ASD) will feel worse for the first week and then they stop. They recommend that you back off on the dose (which I did with our son). I went to 1/2 pill 2X /day and am now at 1/2 pill 3X per day. This weekend I will switch to 1 pill 2X / day. I think it is a positive intervention. For us, it is hard to pin point the "magic one". It seems that a lot of things do a little good for him. I say that as we have come off our best weekend with him (hands down). We are also doing DMSA suppository chelation. This has been good as well. For our next round, our "DAN" doc called in a Rx which will mix Glutathione into the DMSA on his next round of Chelation. It will be next weekend. I will keep the group posted.
