Guest guest
As per our Dan's instructions we did the glutathione supps every night at a much lower dose, we started at 100mg and worked our way up to 250mg. We didn't buy the ones specifically for rectal administration we just used regular oral capsules and administered them rectally and they seem to work fine. Our Dan days this is one of the best ways for the body to absorb the glutathione. You can buy the suppositories but they are a lot more expensive than the regular capsules that are meant to be taken orally. As I said our Dan said there was no need for them so we just used the caps. We used them for a few weeks but had to stop for a while because to much of a die off was happening and or the yeast was being stirred up. We will do it again soon just waiting to talk to our Dan. We also had some VERY bad poops and gas I mean knock you out funky smelling, so be prepared for that.
