I am always thinking of you Lea and miss you when you are not in the group.

We have not had any snow where I live in Kent, it missed us much to the disappointment of the kids. I stayed home New years eve as (hubby) worked, he is a black cab driver and was pretty busy, we need the money after christmas. Your present to your grand daughter sounds beautiful I am sure she will love it, and I hope you have a wonderful time with your family.

My New years resolution is to get well, I have had enough of being ill, I will go on the makers diet and stick with it and take my acidophilus.

HAPPY HEALTHY NEW YEAR TO YOU BOTH.

Love Sue

I just want to encourage anyone who hasn't tried the makers diet to do so. I did the 40 day plan and regain some of my energy. I also did a colon cleanse, liver cleanse, Candida cleanse. Another thing I can was had a Meridian stress test done. This allowed my kinesiologist to see what herbs to prescribe for my most needed areas. He then gave me some antioxidants, supplements to support adrenal glands, and herbs to support cellular functions. All this did give me some energy and strength back. Just think what it would do for me after my explant surgery is completed. I could be packed to normal within a few months. Another thing that has helped me sleep better as we got a magnetic mattress pad for our bed. It sounded hokey to me at first, but it really did help my joint pain. These are just a few things, that helped me tolerate my symptoms. mikat828 <mikat828@...> wrote: -SueI believe you will get better this year too! It takes alot of discipline to stick to a diet but I believe that you can! I also really really think that Rubin's Living Multi is one of the all around best supplements you can buy. Even 2 of 6 caplets a day makes a big difference in my daughter's health! Please consider getting the women's formula of living multi from GArden of Life.Hugs and Happy New Year,Kathy-- In , gibbense@a... wrote:>> I am always thinking of you Lea and miss you when you are not in the group.> We have not had any snow where I live in Kent, it missed us much to the > disappointment of the
