Cosima,

The degree of snugness is intended just to hold the

loose tissues in place so you won't end up sagging. If

you have " nothing " . . . not even loose skin, you

probably don't need a sports bra. However, I would

think that you at least have some loose skin. The

sports bra should hold any loose skin in place until

you are healed so when fluffing takes place, it's

where you want it!

It sounds like you are really flat! . . . Maybe a kids

sports bras would work. I've seen my grand daughters

wearing lycra tops that would probably do the job.

Unless you're talking about a significant amount of

blood, a little staining shouldn't alarm you. If you

start bleeding to the point that you are changing

bandages (or Kleenex) regularly to prevent

bleed-through, you need to contact your doctor!

Chances are you disturbed the scab when you removed

the tape.
