5mthf and folapro are the same thing and they are the most bioavailable forms of folic acid. Cheryl~Check out my blog:  http://www.gryffins-tail.blogspot.com/ hello everyone...We just started my son(3yrs. old) on mb12 nasal spray (w/out folinic)6 days ago.He's takes 1000mcg once a day. also is on 250mg TMG..we're going to be puttin him on MTHF (methyl tetra hydro folate)starting tomorr.(400mcg to start) this is what our DAN dr. advised us to do. my question is has neone used mthf in place of folinic   acid and seen good results? my son cant tolerate folinic..(aggressive behavior is the result)thanx in advance  )))------------------------------------

yes we had HUGE gains with the combo of them, put LDN in the mix and we got even MORE from them BOTH

our son couldn't do regular folic acid or folonic acid but foloapro (MTHF) was amazing for him
