hey all,

well i finally got the binder off and drains out. my nipples popped

right back out already and the rest of the brest looks pretty normal

too except for a little flatness that looks like its goig to fluff up

at least a little. I already look like I have the size I had after I

weaned my 2 yr old, which was about 6 months before i got implants.

if they go back up to the AA great and if not, i'll just have to be

happy with what i have. at least it's mine even if it's nothing.it's

hard trying to not be self-conscious over my flatness but oh well.

Dr.Kolb was in a hurry today so i didn't get to ask her all the

questions i needed to but she said i could email or call later.i was

confused about what she did say too.i thought i was run some of them

by you all.

1. how long did you have to wear the sports bra? she did say after 6

wks i wouldn't have to wear any bra at all but i don't know if i'm

supposed to wear this front snapping sports bra continuously, day and

night, all that time til my next appt. in 4 wks.

2.she said not to do any vigorous exercies or heavy lifting for

another 2wks but i don't know if i'll be allowed to do any light

exercise with weights or chest exercises after that or if i'm

spupposed to wait 4-6 wks or after next appt.

3. she told me to use paroxide and bactroban ointment 3 times a day

but she didn't say for how long.

if any of you all had similar instructions, can you let me know your

experiences.
