In case you missed this important point, I wanted to highlight what

the article said about MILK THISTLE:

" Among other things, it has powerful antihistamine, antiviral

and anti-allergy properties. "

If you are itching alot, please try getting on a good size dose of

milk thistle and try that for about 6 weeks...hopefully you can get

rid of the benadryl, which can be harmful, and get on the milk

thistle permanently, which is overwhelmingly protective in contrast.

Itching all over is also a sign of mild peripheral neuropathy.
