We too are using the methyle mate with a nasal spray that we bought

sperately and we started out using 1 spray daily for almost 2 months

and saw great improvements but just bumped it up to 2 sprays a day. I

think it is dependent on your child. Just like with the shots, it

really depends on what he needs. I would start with 1 spray daily and

see if you need to adjust up or down based on behaviors. A good thing

to know is that alot of it runs out of his nose sometimes, which is why

we started 2 sprays. But if you are wondering, it really works well.

Our son went from being exhausted and falling asleep 2 hours after 14

hours of sleep....to being very alert and able to pay attention. He is

now thriving and talking. For us, 2 sprays is working better than the

one. Good luck.

We recently started Methyl Mate as well for my 13 yr old son. We are

using 1 spray in the am. We tried going up to 1 am and 1 after

school up it was keeping him up at night. I dropped the after school

dose. After Christmas is over we are going to try 2 sprays in the

am. Like the PP said, I think its very child dependent. BTW, I

tried it on myself. I feel great, really reduces my pain and

fatique, and improves my mood but after a couple days I crash big

time. It must really make me detox. My 10 yr old daughter reacted

very badly to it.
