Guest guest
We give our son Hemp milk (very good but expensive) and Almond milk. Right now at VG's it's selling 2 for $4. Question - my son has very high bacteria levels in his gut and drinks 3 250 ml cups of rice milk daily - could the rice milk be contributing to the strep? If so, can anyone recommend an alternative? Goats milk? Hazlenut milk? Quinoa milk? Coconut milk? Opinions please - he must have an alternative!! Thanks so much xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Guest guest
I'm limiting rice milk because I heard that rice can contain Arsenic, depending on how it is packaged (except for California brown rice or thai jasmine rice, I believe). I stopped Almond Milk because even the plain one has some sugar. I now try to give Hemp Milk and I also use it in cooking too. Irene
