Guest guest
, The thing that popped into my mind when you mentioned hand pain is something my daughter (occupational therapist) told me they've used on their patients. You can buy a commercial one, or make your own. . . You melt paraffin, then (making sure the temperature is right), stick you hand in it. You bring your hand in and out of the prophet (like dipping a candle) until you have a considerable buildup on it. Wrap your hand in a towel and let the heat sink in. My only concern is finding the right temperature. I'd suggest using a candy thermometer - Unless you want to buy a machine built for that purpose. When it's cool, you peel the prophet off and reuse it. .. . I'm thinking there may be some essential oils that could be added - but I'll leave that to Kenda or someone else to suggest which ones might be good. Guest guest
I'd suggest Lavender, for relaxation.
