Passed the Exams, but I Failed the Spit Test!!

What is the spit test?

At least I think I failed the spit test. I brushed my teeth this AM

and then about a half hour later took the spit test. I use natural

toothpaste, but I don't know if that would impact the results of the

spit test or not - I remembered not to do it before eating, but I

wasn't sure if toothbrushing would give a false result. I could

barely muster up enough to put in the glass, but what I did provide

didn't look clear after 15 minutes, and I did see trails or tendrils

in the water.

Anyway, this site is my salvation right now, thanks to you all for

being there.

You really need to do it right after you get up . . .

put a glass of water by your toothbrush and do it

first . . .

.. . . If you want to see something interesting, ask

other healthy family members to do it too! . . . They

usually pass!
