Guest guest
Hi Sis - I still want to get together for lunch, but may have to wait another week. I just don't feel like I could do the drive right now. I feel like I'm herxing bad, but don't really know why. I could make lots of guesses. I've started a journal that I hope will help to figure it all out. Have you started one yet? I was also wondering if you started taking the fungal or primal defense yet? Guest guest
Hi Cherie - I'm ok with waiting another week. Just let me know when you're up to it and we can make plans. I haven't started taking anything just yet - still a little worried about it because my body tends to be sensitive to so many things. I developed an excel spreadsheet to log symptoms, and I have a journal but I usually just write thoughts in there. I'm in Boston with my sister this weekend and she's rarin' to go and I'm pooped out! She's 5 years older than me and running circles around me. What didn't help is that my back is out this weekend, along with feeling crummy from the implant ordeal. We did alot of walking yesterday and today and I notice my bones in my fingers are getting a little sore, plus I feel fatigued. Usually I was the energetic sister, but certainly not right now. Guest guest
Sis, When you were out running around with your sis yesterday, did you reach a point where you felt you really wanted to quit, but kept pushing because you didn't want to fall behind your sister? I can't tell you how many times I've pushed myself past that feeling . . . Inevitably, when I do, I pay for it with more fatigue and pain than usual. If I quit as soon as I get that feeling, usually I can rest just a few minutes and be ready to go again. I don't know this is what you're experiencing, but if so, you'll do well to listen to that little voice and rest when you need to . . . We square dance at the challenge level (not as physically strenous as lower levels) . . . I've danced over nine hours a day . . . but we get a chance to rest about every fifteen minutes. Makes all the difference! Hugs and prayers, Rogene
