Guest guest Posted July 8, 2006 Report Share Posted July 8, 2006 I would keep my side of the conversation brief, calm and quick, then leave as soon as possible and maybe go somewhere else for awhile to calm down before going home. Praying, meditating, visualizing how I'll do it, having back-up plans and getting support would help me. What do you all think of these ideas?
