Hi Judy,

I ordered some Pascalite clay from Herbal Remedies several weeks ago and still

haven't

received it. I was wondering if you have a better online source than I

obviously have....or

maybe you are able to get it locally. Glad to know about the soap.....thanks.

Hi ,

I get it directly from Pascalite, it's cheaper. I think Herbal

Remedies charges $11.99 and you can get it for $9.50 + $5 S & H.

http://www.pascalite.com.

I order 5 lbs. at a time and the last time I ordered they gave me 2

lbs. free, with the soap of course. They will also send you samples.

You're welcome:o)

Hi

I have used bentonite clay which is similar. I have used it orally

as well as in the bath. It does have strong detox qualities and I

herxed from it fairly strongly. But then I have herxed to many

things strongly. I know it does say to be careful how much you take

internally. I can't remember exactly why at the moment. Good luck

in using it. I have been using epsom salts regularly lately and

think I am seeing good results. In fact the last week or so I have

noticed some real changes! I have been eating alot of garlic and

onions--hubby is too so we don't stink each other out. I am also

taking living multi which I love, primal defense, oil of oregano,

milk thistle and doing epsom salt baths. It is amazing for me to be

able to tolerate this many things without severe herx so I see that

as real progress! I am feeling really good!

Hugs, Kathy

Kathy,

I am glad you wrote about what you are doing. I've been thinking of

doing some more epsom salt baths and you just motivated me!

I am so glad to hear you are doing well and not herxing so much!

Love,

Patty
