Guest guest
, You could do some testing for Lyme and/or rheumatoid arthritis in your physical and non-physical bodies. Remove fear, beliefs, panic, assumptions, interference, etc. Then say a bunch of things you want. Then test. You can do this. Love, Stiff joints Hi ! My joints are all really stiff/achey today and slightly swelled. Yesterday I did part of an african healing dance video and moved some things that don't normally get worked (from squats, etc)... btw, I recommend this as an immunics dance!. Only did it for about 10 min so, don't think this should have had such an effect on me. I have a call in to a dr. to see if something more is going on w/ my joints since it has me a little scared. In the meantime,, do you have any suggestions on any diseases/conditions I should check for and attempt removing ? Thanks all !
Guest guest
Hi MK I'm Cherie, and I had explant in October. My biggest problem has been arthritis also - in my sternum and clavicles. I hate to rotate my neck because of the crepitus in it - it grinds and pops. All of my blood work has always been normal, however my bone scan showed severe inflammation and my CT scan showed arthritis. Even though I am not yet healed, I know the implants were the reason for this autoimmune disease, and that it is a process of healing that will take time. Other women on this site have gotten well, and I am hanging on to that hope. If I left them in, I would have continued to deteriorate, but at least now I can detox and hopefully find the right program for healing. It will seem like forever waiting for your appointment, but at least you are moving in the right direction. There is hope!! Don't give up! Guest guest
MK, You bet, that's been one of my biggest problems - stiff, sore, cracking and popping joints. It started within weeks of getting the implants, and I knew my body wasn't tolerating them well. I'm about 3 months post-explant now, and they're still swollen, however I know it doesn't go away overnight - and some days they don't bother me much, and other days they bother me alot. My body was poisoned by these things and is still going to react to them for a while - some people do notice marked improvement right away, but my body tends to take it's time improving from things. I'm going to be working with Kenda's doctor, Dr. Leu, to help me detox. I was hoping that I could get better on my own just by watching my diet, but I need help cleaning the toxins out of my body. Do I regret getting the implants out - not for one second! Sis --- In , " mkkinzy1 " <mkkinzy@m...> wrote: > > Hi, > > Anyone else have stiff and cracking joints? Guest guest
MK When you say you have stiffness in your face, do you mean stiffness of the skin or your muscles feel tight? Arthritis type symptoms are very common with implant sickness and many women have aching muscles, tendons or joints. In fact, fibromyalgia is commonly diagnosed in women with implants it is a condition characterized by stiffness--especially of the muscles. How people feel after explant is very variable. Some women get almost immediate relief of most symptoms. Most women notice improvement in at least some of their symptoms fairly quickly. Other women may not notice any change for some time. The good news is that most women, given enough time and detoxing, will gain alot of improvement in their health. It can be a lengthy process. I have been explanted a little over four years. I made immediate progress with several symptoms, others have taken much longer and continue to cycle in and out. I will have several weeks where I feel perfectly normal--and then a week or two where I will be more tired, cold, and achy. But I also was diagnosed before I ever got implants with fibromyalgia. With concentrating on detoxing and supplements, etc. even my fms symptoms have gotten much better. I am also perimenopausal which can contribute signficantly to tiredness, achiness, etc. So I am pretty confident that once I get through menopause that I will be on a steady routine of feeling good! There really isn't a way to know how your body will be after explant--we can only tell you that the majority of women get better than they were. One thing is for certain--women who keep their implants continue to be sick and develop even more symptoms as time goes on--and that is despite detoxing and the like. If the implants are the cause of your symptoms, nothing is going to make you better while they are still inside of you. Knowing that made it easy for me to make my decision--if I wanted to have a chance to regain my health--I would need to get explanted. There was no gurantee I would regain my health, but there was a guarantee that I wouldn't get any better (and most likely would get worse) if I didn't get the implants out. Your appt. is in a couple of weeks. Who are you going to see for explant? Hopefully you will be able to schedule your surgery fairly quickly after that. Hang in there! Guest guest
Sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. This is one of my biggest problems also besides weak muscles. My hands are affected greatly also, which is why I have a speaking program that does my typing for me when I can't. Some days I can, but not for long paragraphs. I haven't hand written anything more than 1 or 2 sentences since June. This is why I had to quit my classes, let alone I couldn't walk the length of the campus. I have just learned to deal with pain and stiffness. I know how scary you feel. I get anxious everytime my breast bone cracks, which is more and more everyday. I never knew that could make cracking noises until now. My surgery is Friday, I will have to let you know how the joints go as the weeks go on. Sorry I couldn't be much help, mkkinzy1 <mkkinzy@...> wrote: Hi,Anyone else have stiff and cracking joints? Unexplained arthritis? This is one of my biggest problems right now. Guest guest
I have not been on too much lately and need to catch up. I wanted to let you know I will be praying for you this week as your surgery is coming up. I also wanted to tell you that I got that book, As Silver Refined and just started reading it. I love the first chapter explaining how the refiner refines the silver. It really put things into perspective for me. Thanks for sharing that. I am also starting a Beth study, and between the two books, I know I am in for some change! You seem very calm about your upcoming surgery, and I hope you have the kind of peace that only God can give you. Cherie > Hi, > > Anyone else have stiff and cracking joints? Guest guest
Cherie, That's so wonderful that you are starting a Beth study! I just love her studies, I always get so much out of them! I think I have almost all of them, except her latest. Which one are you doing? I just purchased the Leaders Kit with video for " Living Beyond Yourself " . I want to do a Bible study in my home with some ladies. I did that one online, but I want to do it again. My favorite study was " Believing God. " It was just really awesome! I did that one online too. I hope you will be greatly encouraged as you grow closer to the Lord! Hugs, Patty > > > I have not been on too much lately and need to catch up. Guest guest
Thanks Cherie, Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. I am so glad you got Kay's book....As Silver Refined. You will be sooooo encouraged. What Beth study are you doing? I love her!! Yes, I am at peace with my surgery. I thought I would be more frightened by now, but I know I am in God's hands. Whatever the outcome, He will be glorified!! This is in Kay's book. She helped me understand that we go through struggles to show the world that even though we struggle like them, we have more peace...that there is a better way. And that is to trust God. Last week I went to church to talk with a friend and I expressed my concernes for my surgery and asked her to pray for me. Today, she gave me the best gift ever. It is called a prayer shawl. It came with a card attached that says... " This healing shawl is a gift to you. It was knit by a member of the ###### Community Church's Healing Shawl Ministry. Each time a woman picked up the yarn and needles to work on the shawl, she prayed: Creator God, may this shwal be a sign of your healing presence. May it warm those who are weary, surround those who suffer and encircle those who are in pain. May your gentle touch reach out to heal in the light of Christ. Amen. We hope that the warmth of this shawl will bring you a sense of God's peace, and healing, as well as the love of your church family, each time you wrap it around your shoulders. " I am so blessed! I will be taking this with me tomorrow to " wrap myself in prayer. " > > Hi, > > > > Anyone else have stiff and cracking joints? Guest guest
. . . What a beautiful idea . . . the prayer shawl. I'm going to bring it up at our church . . . Guest guest
Cherie, It may help if you massage your chest muscles wherever you feel pain. . . After 13 years explant, I still have to work on these muscles to keep a blood supply to them. . . When the blood supply is there, the muscles have a soft, puffy feeling rather than a flat feeling . . . It makes a big difference in the soreness/pain! Guest guest
Rogene - thanks - I will try that. Right now I am still enjoying my break in the pain (Prednisone). I am down to two a day on the taper now, and when I get to a half, Dr. Leu has me starting on the natural anti-inflammatories. I was really at my threshold, and am really enjoying the relief. How are you? and what is your plan of action for the breast cancer? Cherie > > Cherie, > > It may help if you massage your chest muscles wherever > you feel pain. . . Guest guest
I love the prayer shawl! You are going to do great tomorrow. I'll keep praying for you. The Beth study is called " Jesus, the One and Only " . Thanks for sharing everything that you do. I know that the information doesn't please everyone who comes to the support group, but for those of us who believe, you are a real encouragment. You remind me all the time that God is in charge and that this experience has not been for nothing - that something really great is going to come from it. God bless you tomorrow ! Guest guest
Cherie, I'm putting everything I know to do (from a natural perspective) into action. I've cut out all sugar and down to a very, very small amount of carbs since they feed cancer. . . I'm also avoiding foods like pork, while eating many more green and raw veggies. . . . I'm exercising, drinking lots of water, using my infrared sauna daily, and taking a natural product that is patented for cancer treatment. It's been shown to put 78% of Stage IV cancer patients into remission. I'm getting my regular massages too! I highly recommend regular deep therapeutic massage for anyone who can find/afford an expert massage therapist! I'm also working on keeping my state of mind on the upbeat . .. This means reducing the news broadcasts to a minimum because I'm a news/CSpan junkie. . . Hubby has been incredibly good to me! No stress there! He's so worried. If there's anything that's disturbing me about this whole thing is the worry it's putting on my family. While I don't think I'm going there yet . . . I remember what one friend told us when he was very sick with cancer and undergoing chemo . . . He said that, regardless of the outcome, he was a winner . . . If the cancer went into remission, he won, if he got to go to Heaven early, he also won. He stayed with us much longer than anyone would have anticipated. Guest guest
Rogene you have a wonderful outlook and I know that will help you fight this cancer. I often wonder what I would do if I am ever faced with a chemotherapy decision. I saw what my sister went through and it was hard. I hope that I am educated enough if it happens to try alternative treatments. I think families take it harder. When my sister was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins, I don't think I could have taken it worse if it happened to me. I was so afraid she would die. It literally brought me to my knees in prayer to God, whom I didn't know at that time. That was the turning point in my life. So I can understand how your family feels, and I hope that they turn to the most awesome Comforter. Are you scheduled for lumpectomy? You are in my prayers. Guest guest
Thanks Cherie, I'm still waiting for results from the PET scan they did last Tuesday . . . I visualize God's hand in the delay - giving the supplement I'm taking time to do its work. The purpose of the PET scan is to see if I have cancer anywhere else. If I do, and they recommend chemo, first I want to give this product a few more weeks to work . . . Then if necessary, I intend to do chemo only if it's targeted to work directly on cancer and not a systemic process. My ex recently completed chemo for non-Hodgkins lymphoma that has left him with a very impaired sense of balance. He's unable to do hardly anything. Awful situation . . .
