Guest guest
I've been researching the pascalite all week. Now I have never tried either the pascalite or the bentonite, but from my readings I have found that Pascalite IS calcium bentonite, however, it contains a few unidentifiable fungi and other things that apparently make it work. You can read a few of the studies done on www.pascalite.ca I am reading the book about it that my neighbor gave me also. I am sure they both work wonderfully and I wish I could find the actual chemical make-up lists to put them side by side and see the differences if any. If there aren't any differences then buy the cheap stuff!!
Guest guest
I'm going to try Bentonite . . . for free. . . It's very cheap at ceramic supply companies. Bentonite is named for the area it comes from . . . I doubt there's more than a minute difference between Pasculite and Bentonite. We use it to make glazes at school . . . I'll let everyone know how it goes! Love, Rogene
