b12 nasal spray ... does it need folinic or something

I think I remember reading that B12 nasal spray needs to be combined

with folinic acid or folic acid... does that mean that it should be in

the actual nasal spray (should I have my DAN Dr order it compounded

that way) or does it mean that they need to be getting folinic or folic

acid as part of their supplements or diet?

Either compounded or supplemented is fine.
