In a way I really welcome these cleansings. It's the bodies way of

clearing. Having a normal immune response is a good thing in my

mind. I just watch for dehydration. I don't like using meds or

supplements for any type of cleansing. I like to let the body do what

it needs to do.

Hope your child rebounds well. You may find that he/she comes back

even stronger. Also I always use these times to really get stricter

on the diet. They haven't had foods that are feeding cravings so

it's a good time to remove the offenders.
