Guest guest
I'm not sure what your purpose is in buying it. Do you want a list of additives and their hidden names, proof that they can be a problem, or something else? There's an interesting book that helped me pinpoint some things when was small-I don't know if it's still in print. It was titled "Food Chemical Sensitivities" by H Buist. He was an Australian expert in behaviorally challenged children, who hospitalized kids and put them on a diet that excluded not only dyes and preservatives, but phenols, phytates a, and other irritants. He then did provocation challenges and observed the results. He saved many kids from a lifetime on medication.mvpoppins wrote: I want a food additive book.Lots of them to choose from... what is the best one?
