Guest guest
Hi, my son had his hair analysis done few weeks ago the result came back the doc say that his got highest mercury in his body it says on the result that the minimum is .04 my son got 4, would I be happy? The doc said it's an encouraging result, he gave my son methyl b12 spray and other vit and minerals. my questions is how do you flush the mercury into my son's body his only 25mos old. am I in the right track?? are there any other things I should know for the speedy recovery of my son. any suggestions would be helpful. Guest guest
----- Original Message ----- From: Soliday To: mb12 valtrex , I didn't know you were on this group. Do you know what Andy has to say about the body's ability to chelate mercury from the brain without chelators, and simply by restoring the organs to where they can detox properly? I was discussing this with Rei a few posts down. ===>Hi :-) I did speak to Andy about this because a Mom asked me what I thought so I got some back up for what I was thinking. It isn't possible to chelate metals from the brain or central nervous system without the use of an chelating agent, as I mentioned below, that does not have two thiol groups. At this time that would only include, Dmps, Dmsa, Ala and Cilantro. Cilantro is not recommended due to it's unknown half-life. Only Alpha Lipoic Acid, or Ala will chelate metals from the brain or central nervous system as Dmsa or Dmps do not cross the blood/brain/barrier. However, Andy does say that chinese medicine is very helpful to improve the organs. > >> > Hi, my son had his hair analysis done few weeks ago the result came > > back the doc say that his got highest mercury in his body it says on > > the result that the minimum is .04 my son got 4, would I be happy? > > > > The doc said it's an encouraging result, he gave my son methyl b12 > > spray and other vit and minerals. my questions is how do you flush the > > mercury into my son's body his only 25mos old. > > > > am I in the right track?? > > are there any other things I should know for the speedy recovery of my > > son.> > > > any suggestions would be helpful. > > > > Regards> > ann> >>
Guest guest
Thanks, it's hard to remember all these things! > > > > > > Hi, my son had his hair analysis done few weeks ago the result > came > > > back the doc say that his got highest mercury in his body it > says on > > > the result that the minimum is .04 my son got 4, would I be > happy? > > > > > > The doc said it's an encouraging result, he gave my son methyl > b12 > > > spray and other vit and minerals. my questions is how do you > flush the > > > mercury into my son's body his only 25mos old. > > > > > > am I in the right track?? > > > are there any other things I should know for the speedy > recovery of my > > > son. > > > > > > any suggestions would be helpful. > > > > > > Regards > > > ann > > > > > >
Guest guest
----- Original Message ----- From: Soliday Thanks, it's hard to remember all these things! ===>It sure is! And it's confusing! Anything that methylates will cause great improvement. We got a 5 year language boost with just 750 mgs of TMG daily as well as huge metal excretion, but it was only happening when we gave the TMG. We also got huge improvements from Vitamin C, E, clo, grapeseed extract, calcium/magnesium, etc, etc, but they weren't removing metals, only improving the symptoms that the metals were causing. And since only Ala crosses the BBB, the TMG was not removing metals from the brain and central nervous system. Don't get me wrong, it's always good to remove metals, no matter where they are from but you want to get them out of the brain/cns. In studies, only Ala has been proven to cross the BBB and remove metals from the brain/cns. With repeated chelation that removes all sources of metals, the body can work properly. There is a paper from the "Journal of Toxicology" by a man named Rooney in the files of A-M that talks about the above, well worth a read. > > >> > > Hi, my son had his hair analysis done few weeks ago the result > came > > > back the doc say that his got highest mercury in his body it > says on > > > the result that the minimum is .04 my son got 4, would I be > happy? > > > > > > The doc said it's an encouraging result, he gave my son methyl > b12 > > > spray and other vit and minerals. my questions is how do you > flush the > > > mercury into my son's body his only 25mos old. > > > > > > am I in the right track?? > > > are there any other things I should know for the speedy > recovery of my > > > son.> > > > > > any suggestions would be helpful. > > > > > > Regards> > > ann> > >> >>
Guest guest
Hi Sally, Andy Culter's protocol appears to be based on a thorough literature review and scientific study of chelation medications. It's simple, clever, proven, and gentle enough for a chronically ill child with other issues that must be addressed. We had a negative experience with oral chelation in the past -- lost language, imaginative play, etc. It has taken me a year to reach the point where I am comfortable with an approach for addressing the known (via labs) heavy metal toxicity of my ASD son. <snip> > Any thoughts? > > sally
Guest guest
Do you know what went wrong previously? DId you use Cutler's approach before? Guest guest
We used an ad hoc approach recommended by a DAN! doc. The supplement we used is called " AMD Heavy Metal Detox " It's main ingredients are Cysteine and Methionine. It also contains Selenium, which is a mineral that antagonizes mercury. --penumbra > > > Subject: Re: mercury > To: mb12 valtrex > Date: Thursday, December 25, 2008, 6:39 AM > > > > > > > Hi Sally, > > Andy Culter's protocol appears to be based on a thorough literature > review and scientific study of chelation medications. Guest guest
We have yet to try TMG. Can you do that along side the DMSA/ALA ? --penumbra > Anything that methylates will cause great improvement. > We got a 5 year language boost with just 750 mgs of TMG daily > as well as huge metal excretion, but it was only happening > when we gave the TMG. <snip> > And since only Ala crosses the BBB <snip>
Guest guest
----- Original Message ----- From: A Shadow We have yet to try TMG. Can you do that along side the DMSA/ALA ? ===>Sure can, TMG is a derivative of beets, perfectly safe although some kids will not tolerate it and can get hyper. This is also true of DMG, which is similiar but has only two methylators, TMG has three. The dose we found useful is below, some kids need up to 2,000 mgs per day. --penumbra> Anything that methylates will cause great improvement. > We got a 5 year language boost with just 750 mgs of TMG daily > as well as huge metal excretion, but it was only happening > when we gave the TMG. <snip>> And since only Ala crosses the BBB<snip>
