Welcome to !

You might (slim chance) find a lawyer willing to take

on your case . . . but it's very doubtful. The only

possiblity I see is if they prove your implant was

defective and made that way AFTER the manufacturer

knew about the defect. . . However, I'm not an

attorney - so there may be other possibilities.

I think you'll find Dr. Kolb a very good plastic

surgeon as well as doctor. She's definitely worth

seeing if you possibly can.

Your body could definitely be reacting to the chemicals that the

implant itself are made of. That's what I believe is the case with

me - because I only had them in about a week before I started having

immune problems, which wouldn't be enough time for mold to form.

- I had the smooth ones. My body was always really

sensitive to things, though.
