Guest guest
Try 3mg or Melatonin. That seems to work better for children like ours. didn't seem sleep very well with straight melatonin either so we started him on Sleep Assure. It has melatonin in it (3mg) and other natural sleep aids.....works great. He is asleep in about twenty minutes. Happy Holidays We started our son on melatonin last night since the full time enzymes are making him a bit wiley and he won't lie down and rest... But two nights in a row,,, it has been about 2 1/2 hours after the melatonin before he finaly konks out. I thought it would be faster. It is the sublingual kind. 1 mg. Last night after he finally konked out, I could tell he did have a deeper sleep than usual.... he even snored. ahhaaaaaaaaaahahahah He has been able to sleep through the night since we started him on the diet a year and a half ago, so I never tried it before. Any thoughts???
