hoping for some input regarding development in rash

we're on day 50-ish of valtrex. our guy developed a rash yesterday

all over his belly. also a low grade fever. reminds me of chicken

pox. he still has the rash today. we also started enhansa yesterday

(we wanted to get through any potential die-off while he is out of

school and before we leave town to see relatives after christmas).

today, he had a poop and when i changed his diaper, he has blisters

all over his butt, his butt is bright red and his skin also seems

somewhat burnt and his penis even seems a little burnt. any idea -

does this sound like some kind of die-off? last night he was feeling

great, but really stimming and very energetic and took a long time to

go to sleep.

my husband is thinking this must be some kind of die-off, but i've

never heard of it presenting this way. maybe viral die-off? anyone

been there done that or heard of anything like this? i'm trying to

reign myself in before i call his doctor in a panic. oh - i should

add, he feels perfectly fine and is playing and really enjoying

himself - he actually *seems* improved.
