Dr. Kolb appt.and suing surgeon

Hi everyone,

I saw Dr. Kolb on Feb.3. She said she did not think I had mold in

my implant after she gave me a vision test. She has ordered a

hormone and thyroid test and is treating me for candidis and

chronic fatigue. Other than that she said she really didn't know

what could be causing the symptoms I have, except that my

body is reacting to the silicone shell.

She also went over explant details, cost, and cosmetic results.

She said I would need a lift on my left breast because the skin

was stretched out due to a huge ripple. I've know about this and

have gone over it with the PS who did it. Of course he would fix it

with no cost, but now I'm sick and just want these out. And I don't

know how I'll ever pay for it.

Does anyone know if I have a basis to sue him?

Anybody have suggestions?
