High Dose Vit A Protocol

What did you all see on the two days of high dose vit A protocol?

Anything? My boys and I did it yesterday and the day before (100,000

iu 2x per day for two days.)

I felt like I was coming down with something the first day - slightly

sore throat, ear pain from sinus pressure, headache, and slightly

swollen glands. That night I looked like death warmed over with a

pale face and REALLY red-rimmed eyes. I felt fine the second day

other than a very slight headache. I feel fine today.

My boys started with a low-grade fever the first day that never went

over 101. They kept the fever through yesterday. The older ds

doesn't have a fever today and the younger ds is running 102. They

have no other noticeable symptoms other than slight moodiness that I

would attribute to feeling uncomfortable from the fever.

All three of us had to urinate more than usual (still today, too.)

I don't think I have viral issues. I did the protocol just to do it

with them.

I don't know if the protocol brought out a virus or if we would

have " got sick " anyway and the vitamin A is reducing the symptoms and

duration. The other three members in our house did not get sick at

the same time and they are not doing the protocol.
