Hi Tricia,

I just wanted to let you know that I have a friend, he is my computer expert actually, and he in well into fasting. In fact, he teaches it. He himself fasts and is on one at the moment, for 40 days!!!!

He looses a great deal of weight in the beginning, one reason I have never been tempted as I'm not very big as it is and it always goes off your face, however, he swears by it for curing many illnesses and has had cancer patients who have been cured and many doctors left bewildered as to where the cancer has gone in their patients.

So.............brave you and keep it up. I'm sure it must help. Next time he comes out to my computer I will get more info on it and let you have it.

Not too sure about the colon cleansing though. I did watch a programme on it and it didn't say too good things about it. Hope you have taken advice on that too. Perhaps the fasting is enough? Will ask about that too for future reference.

.

-- update on fasting

Jus wanted to give a quick update on my fasting.....It's day 2 and I'm doing great! In fact, I have had no hunger pangs, feel very light on my feet and would never feel like I hadn't eaten since Wednesday night if I didn't know it in my head. I've been cooking meals for everyone too, and still no temptation. So, I am thankful that my willpower has kicked in good.

The only thing I am noticing is more burning pain around my root canal area. It's weird, but I'll go with it and see what happens.

It's not too late if you want to join me! I'm doing water only for the most part, although the first day I did drink some tea. I am playing it by ear to see how long I will go, but I want to do it as long as I am able. Everyone is different, so I will be paying attention to the bodily signs I get.

I'll be doing a colon cleansing tonight to make sure things are moving out that need to.

Just checking in!

Patty

Hi Patty,

You might want to consider dry brushing your skin through your cleanse as

well to stimulate your lymph system.

Hi ,

I am so thankful that you know someone who fasts too! Most people

don't know much about it so it scares them and of course, nobody

likes to go without food! Me included! LOL. But it is a greatly

misunderstood therapy, and as you have shared, can do some amazing

things to help cure illness.

I did my first fast when I was 14 years old. I can't believe my

mother didn't have alot to say about it, as I was always a skinny

kid, but I don't remember her having fits about it. I was already

into health at that young age, and doing things like eating wheat

germ and brewer's yeast, dessicated liver and just basically a

health nut. I've always had an interest in health, and probably

should have been a doctor. Oh well.

Over my lifetime I have done lots and lots of fasts, but never one

for 40 days. Wow, that just sounds like so long! My longest was a

14 day juice fast and that was tough enough. I did a 10 day water

only fast, and decided that was a big enough challenge that I didn't

need to prove I could go any longer.

My naturopath was the one who suggested the colonics that I did on

my first fast after getting sick from implants. I've since had

experience with many different colon cleansing techniques, including

ozone, the colema board, coffee enemas and of course, supplements to

help move things and kill parasites.

I wish we only had to do these things once in a lifetime! But I

found that fasting has helped me greatly in my quest to regain the

health I once had.

Thanks again !

Hugs,

Patty
