Guest guest
Hi All, I've done two 1/4 grain increases in the last 3 weeks (now up to 2 1/8 grains). My basal temps are still super low (96.8-97.2) and three hours after waking I'm around 98.4-98.6. However, from 6pm until bedtime I am running around or over 99. Also, with any activity it also shoots up to around 99.4. I don't feel hyper or anything, except pulse does feel faster. What would cause the high temps? Does low or high Cortisol cause high temps?
