Guest guest
Wow, have you ever done an internet search on liver flush?? There's gazillions of pages! What I found is that there are many variations of the same theme.....the common denominator is a fat free diet prior to consuming a large quantity of olive oil/grapefruit juice. Just thought I'd share that....we could probably post a dozen recipes for a liver flush. I saw recipes with ginger root, beet juice, some kind of phosphorous solution or something you add to a gallon of apple juice, and Lord knows what else would show up, so do what you feel most comfortable with! But I do think it is a good idea for us to clean out a sluggish digestive system. It's the energy that I'm after! Good luck!
