Guest guest
Hi Lea, I hope it is nothing and you can get on with life happily. You two truly deserve a long vacation after everything you have been through. Please let us know when you hear anything about . Kenda > Dearest Kenda: > > I hope that it is nothing bad, I am a wreck. Guest guest
Lea, a friend of mine recently had a spot on his lung. About 5 years ago he had melanoma, so he was worried. Turned out the spot was caused by MOLD or a fungus - so perhaps that's what's going on with your hubby? My friend took medication and is feeling much better now. Guest guest
Hi Lea, The biopsy confirmed it is cancer . . . I'm scheduled for a lumpectomy Friday. I'm serious when I say I'm not concerned about the surgery though. . . . Hopefully I'll surprise the doc with only traces of dead cancer cells remaining! . . . I'm using my sauna, Miracle II Neutralizer (cancer can't live in a alkaline body), using the sauna regularly, following a very healthy diet and using Natural Cellular Defense to remove toxins, heavy metals and " other " substances (as the bottle claims) . . . All in all, I'm feeling great! . . . I've even been able to use eye makeup without my eyes burning for the first time in years! Something is working. The only thing I'm stressing about is, if all this doesn't work, the possiblity of protracted radiation or chemo therapy. . . . THAT would be stressful! Something I found interesting . . . in researching cancer info, I found the National Institute of Health's website. . . They have very definite diet recommendations for cancer . . . to start with, NO sugar or refined grains. Sound familiar? How often do doctors many ANY dietary recommendations when treating cancer patients? Love, Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, This coming Friday is your surgery? I'll be thinking of you on Friday, and praying for a quick recovery, and hoping for NO radiation or chemo. ne Somers didn't have radiation or chemo, and she's doing great. Sending some healing energy your way! Sis > > Hi Lea, > > The biopsy confirmed it is cancer . . . I'm scheduled > for a lumpectomy Friday. Guest guest
Rogene I will be praying for you on friday. I am sure you will do well and that chemo or radiation won't be necessary! You are such an inspiration to me with the way you handle life's problems. Love, Kathy > > Hi Lea, > > The biopsy confirmed it is cancer . . . I'm scheduled > for a lumpectomy Friday. Guest guest
Well, my surgery has been postponed until next Tuesday .. . . Another patient has more immediate needs! . . . The doctor answered all my questions . . . Not that I believe everything he says . . . For one thing he doesn't believe that diet has any impact on cancer. The NIH says otherwise! Don't worry about me Lea, I'm going to be fine! The only woman I know who died after breast cancer, got it after her implants. Because of her implants, they didn't find the cancer until it was too late. Love, Rogene
Guest guest
Thank all of you wonderful ladies for your prayers and support . . . Now surgery is going to be on Tuesday - I'm looking on it as a bad day . . . have to get up early, etc. BUT, to make up for it, I'll have a long nap! LOL Love to all, Rogene
Guest guest
Good grief! For a doctor to believe that diet has no effect on cancer is a testimony to his ignorance! What a joke! I thought everybody knew that by now! Sorry, I don't mean to be snide. It just amazes me to hear things like that. Rogene, I do hope that your surgery is a complete success. You have a wonderful attitude about this whole thing, and that will go a long way toward your healing. Knowledge is power, and look at what knowledge you've gained from your implant experiences! You will beat this thing for sure! Hugs, Patty > > Well, my surgery has been postponed until next Tuesday > . . . Guest guest
Rogene, I believe you will be fine, as well. Your attitude and spirit are wonderful!! Sadlly, I can believe a doctor would say something like that. A rheumatologist told me that removing ruptured implants would not improve my health. A plastic surgeon said that scar tissue would contain any rupture in implants, so there was no need to remove the implants. After my experiences the last few years, my opinion of most doctors has hit the basement. It has made me far more careful in choosing my doctors. I am fortunate to have a long- term dr-patient relationship with my internist, who is excellent. And I have a good rheumatologist and neurologist. My neurologist is a two-hour drive, but worth it. I haven't found a neurologist I like locally. > > > > Well, my surgery has been postponed until next Tuesday > > . . . Guest guest
You've got that right Patty! After thinking over everything my surgeon had to say, I would be running if it wasn't for the references I've had on his being an excellent surgeon. Even my referring doc said he was noted by his med school classmates as being the biggest a****** in the class. A friend, who is a nurse who worked closely with him, says the same thing! . . . But they say he's mellowed a bit. When this is over, I'm taking him a packet on implant problems. . Of course, he doesn't believe they exist either! If the Natural Cellular Defense I'm taking works like I expect, it will be very interesting (to say the least) to see his reaction! The " normal dose " is three drops three times a day . . . I'm taking 15 drops three times a day! . . . Since it's completely non-toxic, I could take the whole bottle! . . . But that would turn into an expensive dose!
