Guest guest
I just went to Shutterfly and saw all of the photos. Patty F. if your out there.....imagine those bumps on Logan all over your body especially concentrated on the chest. I'm very scarred up now because they itch like crazy! My other comment/question....Has anyone retained legal counsel? A friend of mines mother was im/explanted and went after the manufacturer in court. She won too! I'm just curious if anyone here has done that?
Guest guest
I've heard there are cases going on, but they're not getting a lot of attention. . . One of these days all H*** is going to break loose though! . . . If anyone does have information regarding attorney's taking implant cases, please communicate their names privately. It seems that, as soon as an attorney's name gets out there, they decide not to take implant cases and try to get out of those they have. Finding an attorney is a big stumbling block! To protect yourself for a possible suit, DO NOT take custody of your implants when they are removed. Best option is to send them, with the capsules to Dr. Blais in Canada. He will write a report detailing the kind of implant, the defects found and the microganisms found in the implant. . . Implant goes directly from doctor to Dr. Blais. Obtain copies of all your medical records on an ongoing basis. They have a way of disappearing when it looks like there's a law case involved.
