how to get off mailing list?

Everyone at this support group has been exceedingly generous with her time! You have been very helpful to me during the entire explant saga. My explantation occurred over a year ago and I have found that I am unable to continue receiving emails from the group at this time. How can I get my name off the email list?

Hi Jeanne! All you have to do is simply go up into Edit Membership at

the top, you will see it next to your log in name. Click on it and you

will see Message delivery. Simply click on the NO EMAIL and it will

stop sending you emails. I set it this way right when I joined because

my mailbox couldn't handle all of the messages either. Hope this
