Needing to vent a little

I went to the drs today. The dr that I usually see and actually

like did not have any appointments today so I had to see another dr

that I had never seen nor even heard of before. I wasn't happy about

having to see someone I didn't know but I had to go today because I

needed my scripts.

I sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting to be called

back. For some reason the chairs in the waiting room always cause me

alot of low back pain, and I wasn't feeling all that great when I

walked in there.

I was finally called back to an exam room. I was told that the dr

would be right in. After sitting in a chair, causing my pain to be

worse, I laid down on the exam table and bent my knees to relieve

some of the back pain and I put my hands over my eyes because the

lights were hurting my eyes.

When the dr walked in I moved my hands away from my eyes and

looked at her. She introduced herself and I introduced myself. I

stayed laying down. She said " well, are you going to sit up and look

alive " . I thought what a b**th.

If I was laying on the exam table when my regular dr came in he

would do that part of the exam first, lifting my legs, checking on my

knees, and a foot exam. This witch never did that part of the exam at

all.

She told me to stand up and bend forward as much as possible, then

back, and side to side.She started telling me how bad my range of

motion is and I was not no kidding. She said " ok, is there anything

new or do you just need your scripts? " I told her that I had fallen

asleep at my computer desk the night before and that I was having

alot of pain under my ribs where my body was against the desk. She

said " yeah you are going to hurt awhile from that " looking at me as

if I were the most stupid person alive for falling asleep at my desk.

Everything she said to me had a huge atitude to it.

I was so pissed but I just didn't have it in me to let her know

what I really thought of her.(I just wanted to get home and lay down

in my bed) She told me to to come out and make my next appointment

while she wrote my prescriptions. She was in the room all of 7

minutes.

I am scheduled to see my regular dr for my next appointment and I

am definitely going to talk to him about her atitude. He is the head

dr in that office. I know I will never see her again.
