Guest guest
Glutamine converts into glutathione in the body, which is why you can't purchase glutathione. You want to purchase glutamine. Kenda > Hi, > > > > I wonder if any of you can help me. I have been reading lots on additional > suppplements to help recover, detox etc etc and now getting confused. Guest guest
Glutathione supplements are not available because it is ineffective when taking the supplements by mouth. There have been pretty good successes with glutathione IV's. One of the best ways to increase your stores of glutathione is to take N-Acetyl Cysteine. Glutathione is a super-anti-oxidant and very necessary for us as we heal. You can also get glutathione in products like Immunical which provides whey protein, which is in turn, a source for glutathione as it is metabolized. Alpha lipoic acid is another good supplement that increases intrcellular glutathione levels. I believe we have have a file in our files section on glutathione and how important it is. I'll find it and post it. I need to review the information anyway because fasting depletes stores of glutathione and I will need to make sure I fill my stores. Guest guest
That is supposed to be Immunocal, not Immunical. Some women swear by it, but it is expensive. Bio-pure protein is just as good. Patty > > > > Glutamine converts into glutathione in the body, which is why you > can't > > purchase glutathione.
