Guest guest
I think the doctor who performs explants using en bloc in Texas is Dr. Melmed, I don't remember if he's in Houston, for some reason I think he is. I can't answer your other questions, but I'm sure someone on this site can. Sis > > Hi, > I remember a few months ago someone recommended an explant doctor in Houston > that does the en bloc method. Guest guest
Hi! I know a little about Steve Hamilton in Houston....Kristi Wilmore, who appeared on MTV's " True Life I'm Getting Breast Implants " was explanted by him. She was totally happy with him. Doesn't that make you mad when these doctors just say that saline is safe? Yes, it may be true that salt water can be safe, but not after years and years with fungus and mold growing in it! And they ALL have silicone shells, so remind them of that little fact! Here are the three we have listed for Houston. DR. DORA, plastic surgeon, Houston, TX DR. STEVEN M. HAMILTON, M.D., F.A.C.S. St. Luke's Medical Tower, 6624 Fannin Suite 1650 Houston, Texas 77030 1-713-797-1007 http://www.perfectyourself.com/search/surgeon.asp?sid=1837 http://www.hotzehealth-wellness.com/DrHamilton.htm Very thorough and knowlegeable of silicone issues Dr. Fabian Worthing P.S 17070 Red Oak Dr. Suite 307 Houston, TX 77090 (281)440-0617 http://www.drworthing.com/ (This surgeon takes VIDEO TAPE of your explant!) > > Hi, > I remember a few months ago someone recommended an explant doctor in Houston > that does the en bloc method. Guest guest
Dr. Melmed is at Medical City in Dallas . . . Forest Lane and Coit. . . A really nice doc! He's been at the forefront when it comes to speaking out on our behalf - speaking before the FDA, in articles and TV. He's an outstanding surgeon. . . However, he's been late in accepting that saline implants may be contaminated and that saline capsules need to be removed en bloc. Please be sure to confirm this before explant - in writing!
