Guest guest
One of the problems in getting experienced attornies is that the ones who handled the cases years ago made an agreement with the manufacturer's not to take on any new cases if the manufacturer's would settle those cases they already have in hand. . . It's going to take a new group . . . and they will have to have a lot of money behind them. The manufacturer's will make it as expensive as possible. . . And . . . as far as class action cases go, the president recently signed a law that requires all class action cases to be heard in federal court, before presidentally appointed judges. This will create a log jam that will prevent all but a few cases from getting heard. Also NEVER pay an attorney up front for an implant case! Too many attornies have dropped out along the way.
