Still new to the list ......this is what I did at the dairy treat run we made

the other night. I took a diet Pepsi one and Cozy I drank the pop and Cozy

got a double scoup of vanella ice cream. She ate it for me....I think she

enjoyed almost as much as I did watching her.

Elva if you check around you can find the bars in the larger (superstore)

Loblaws.

Another to watch out for is sugar free ice cream by Chapmans it is

GRRRRREEAATT.

It is just out new this year I know LOEB is carrying it and Loblaws will be.

I prefer the Dutch Chocolate. Lists the CDA values.

All the best

Check out the Sugar-Free version of the Good Humor popsicles and fudgsicles

.... <whacking myself on the side of the head ... > 4 grams carbs for the

popsies and 7 or 9 grams for the fudgies, I think. Other brands are higher

(and much sweeter tasting), so it is important to look for that brand, and

to make sure they are sugar-free. And you could make up Sugar-Free " jello "

and freeze them in ice cube trays or any other container, for more variety.

The sugar in these sugarfree bars is from the sugar in the milk! Most are

labeled No sugar Added rather that sugarfree. If they are icecream based, they

will have sugar, but it is like having a glass of milk. It needs to be counted

like that! The problem would come with *betcha can't eat just one!* Tpmo
