Guest guest
Nystatin is taken 4 times per day as it is non-systemic. I think it's 250mg 4x's per day. My six year old son has been on 200 mg diflucan 2X/day for close to two months. A month ago we added the steroid Entocort to help with his enterocolitis and he has developed a puffy face (side effect). I would like to switch Diflucan to Nystatin to see if his puffy face subsides. The high dose of Diflucan really made a difference for my son and I was hoping to use a high dose of Nystatin. Does anyone have experience with Nystatin and could advise the dosage for me? My son weighs 48 lbs. Thanks, Dayna

Guest guest
My son seems to have excessive night urination when he's doing some detox. We've seen this with chelation, mB12 and when he's going through die off. For him, it seems to be a way that his body helps to eliminate the toxins. Perhaps this happens for your son when his body is eliminating the by- products / toxins from the dying yeast.
