Ginger,

I had a rash after fasting several years ago that came back each

time I fasted. I ended up fasting regularly until it did not show

up again. However my rash did not burn or itch. It was just there

on my breasts. It has never come back.

You may need to go on periodic fasts to kick this. I am not sure

though, because I never took antihistamines.

Do you have a naturopathic doctor you can call to ask about this?

I sure don't know what to tell you, except it is a sign that your

body is trying to accomplish something! Do you think you can wait

it out for a few days? Do you think it is a dangerous condition for

you, or is it just annoying? My feeling is that if it is just

annoying, try to battle it out and see if your body will gradually

calm down. But if it is interfering with breathing or other bodily

functions, you may need to get a medical professionals opinion and

take those antihistamines.

Hopefully with regular detoxification therapies, you can get rid of

it completely someday.

Patty,

Thanks so much for your advice. The rash has been with me for

almost 3 years. I'm not sure if it is acting up because I stopped

taking the antihistamine or because of the fast. It is annoying and

interferes with my sleep.

I am sure you understand that this is so frustrating!!!!

I will take your advice and contact a naturopathy doctor and go from

there. Traditional md's seems to think it is an allergic reaction

to something, rather than internal. I'm positive the breast

implants triggered my immune system to overeact.

Do you know anything about candida?

Thanks so much!
