I'm writing on behalf of her family, we are interested in learning as much as we can about " Charge " . Especially on feeding since that's one of our biggest problems right now. Maeve had a T.E.F.repair and now has terrible reflux. Any advise or comments would be appreciated Thank-You : Lee(Maeves Nurse)
Guest guest
Lee, My CHARGER also had a TEF repair. Unfortunately he had several aspiration pneumonias which were severe and as a result was feed with a duodenal feeding tube. He also had a g tube. We were unable to g tube feed him due to reflux. He did end up having a Nissen fundal plycation (stomach wrap) he then began to tolerate feeding better but was on continuos feeding with a feeding pump for quite some time. You will definitely need some guidelines to follow with this situation.
