advice and help with test results please.

Hi,

I think I'm going to try Cortef but need advice on how much. I see an

osteopath who hasn't wanted to put me on anything more than adrenal

support. It seemed to be getting better with my second test, but this

one is bad again. Between the two tests, I changed my adrenal support

to a different kind and I, in my fatigue, forgot what the directions

said, so for the past two plus months, I've been taking half the dose

of the adrenal support.

He wants me to see a naturopath, but my insurance doesn't cover that

and doesn't cover labs until I meet my high ded. So I'm going to be

forking out probably around 400-500 for the labs I just got. I just

barely paid off the last labs. And the naturopath charges $170 for

the first visit, which I really can't afford. So I want to get some

directions on the Cortef so that I can tell my osteopath and hopefully

get him to let me try this before seeing a naturopath. I'm going to

forward him the " safe uses of cortisol " file. Is there anything else

I should give him?

I am on 2 grains of Armour now. It's amazing how your mind can

influence how you feel. When I saw my results and saw how bad they

were, I almost immediately felt worse, because I saw that I should be

feeling really bad by the numbers.

Should I lower my prog. cream as my number is way up there? I

increased by half a mil per day of cream I think between the second

and third tests.
