Guest guest
I am absolutely sure that it was stress that led to my breast cancer, also. Guest guest
Wow! . . . When I was single, I was struck by some individuals I met who were incredibly angry over their divorce situations . . . . So often, they were struck down with cancer within months! Now I'm trying to figure out how to not stress over getting stressed! - because one cannot avoid ALL stress! Guest guest
Just be aware that not everyone who is stressed gets cancer. Try relaxing music, if you know biofeedback or relaxation techniques, try that, watch funny movies. Anything to reduce the stress levels. Guest guest
, Just read though the messages from women who came to the group with the same problems as you - and are doing so much better after getting rid of their implants! . . . You're doing the right thing! . . . Keeping your implants will only lead to ever increasing stress as you develop more symptoms. Personally, I consider getting my implants out the single BEST thing I ever did for myself! It won't be long before you'll be there too! Guest guest
YOGA! Exercise works well too. I don't stress over stressful situations much at all anymore. I'm confident it's due to the yoga and gym work I do. Kenda > Wow! . . . When I was single, I was struck by some > individuals I met who were incredibly angry over their > divorce situations . . . . Guest guest
Exactly the reason I started yoga 6 or 7 years ago. I have a herniated L5/S1 disc and was in a lot of pain and on anti-inflammatories. Between training in the gym and yoga, my back pain is next to non-existent. Kenda > I would love to try this! Guest guest
Sorry to hear of your herniated discs but happy to hear you are now faring well. Were you able to do this on your own or did you take classes? I live in a rural area and would have to do this on my own. Guest guest
I took classes at the gym initially and then took private lessons from the teacher. I was in way too much pain to do any type of exercise on my own. There are some really great DVD's available. You can check out yogajournal.com and search for poses for different ailments. I really like Yoga Journal! Kenda > Sorry to hear of your herniated discs but happy to hear you are now faring > well. Were you able to do this on your own or did you take classes?
