Guest guest
Hello. I have a 6 year old daughter with autism. She typically developed normally up until after 14-18 months. When I was pregnant with my daughter I participated in a study to consume valtrex through the 2nd and third trimester. My daughter came out looking healthy but cried constantly. She also got thrush when she was about a month or two old. I remember she had some vaginal discharge when she was a few days old as well. My daughter has yeast overgrowth in her gut. Her DAN! dr. wants to treat with nystatin and supplements. She is also very self injurous. She has kicked a hole in the bedroom wall and bites herself. She bangs her head into the walls and is nonverbal. I also am attempting scd diet. My daughter looks malnourished all the time and is under weight. I have always wondered if this study I did while I was pregnant contributed to her autism. I know I was not the only one in the hospital on this study because they would give me the medicine along with money in a dark brown bag. I remember looking around the room and seeing other women with these bags. Well hopefully someone knows.
