We started dyflucan 11 days ago and valtrex on monday. We have only

been able to get low doses of the valtrex (250-350mg)in him. But today

he started complaining of stomach pains and eventually had 3 rounds of

diarrhea with a lot of gas.

i know from reading Stan's protocol that sometimes you get diarrhea as

he described when the rash moves down around the gut... but we are only

on very low dose and still very early in the process- with no rashes

yet. I wondered if anyone else has experienced this? I really don't

mind the diarrhea- it cleans him out and I pump the probiotics in him

so its good... but curious if this seems like a bug or something

typical in this protocol with our kids.

thanks

Becky

We are on Day8-9 Of valtrex and my son had stomach pain and diarrhea yesterday. Today he had a yellowish-brown, very loose mucousy stool. I was just getting ready to post the same question when I read your post. We also are early on with no rash.

He seemed better yesterday, only twice did he say his tummy hurts, but he never pooped. He was pretty gassy though. How much Valtrex are you on? We got up to 500 mg in him yesterday... he doesn't like the taste in his juice so it's been a struggle. Are you on Dyflucan too?
