I suppose the difference in sweat is there but feel as though I measure up to the same benefit taking one everyday. Also, I get to relax in there every nite. I have a steam shower and it is great for stress as well, plus it's great for allergies and sinus problems. My kids use it whenever they feel like they're catching a bug. The main difference in the far infrared is going to be the depth at which it heats, causing more toxins to be dumped and a different type of pain relief and healing. My husbands family all lived into their 90's and they attributed it to 'Going Sauna!" It is the whole quota of what we do that is healing to our bodies and minds. Health is about many things, a sauna is a teeny piece of the pie. Diet, exercise, lifestyle, rest and lack of stress and pollutants are all vitally important. Kenda > Perhaps. When I first started taking them I didn't sweat much either. Now, I begin sweating immediately. He said to gradually acclimate yourself to the heat, not to set it at 125* and try to tough it out.
